The business owner or director can act as an attorney as long as he/she is a resident in the province of registration. If you do not satisfy this requirement, you need to appoint an attorney in the province of registration. We provide attorney service. You can choose it bellow.
Authorization
The corporation appoints an agent to act on its behalf within the province, with the authority to sue, be sued, receive legal notices, and execute all necessary actions and documents related to the corporation's affairs in the province. The appointment remains valid until the corporation provides due notice of a replacement agent to the Director under the Extra-Provincial Corporations Act. Until such notice is given and accepted, any legal notices or papers served upon the appointed agent will be considered valid service to the corporation.
